Is there a website that has Arizona Auto Insurance Questions that I can study for my test? I have my test next week and need to get some questions to get prepared!

A: Information is below./

Q: Best affordable auto insurance for someone who lives in Arizona?

A: tiny indigo star, I recommend you call a nearby auto insurance agent to assist you. Since I live in Vermont I can't recommend anyone in Arizona, but here is an website that can help you. http://www.multipleautoinsurancequotes.com/Arizona-Car-Insurance-Quotes.html Good Luck!

Q: which line of insurance do you need in Arizona to sell auto insurance, property or casualty?

A: You need to be a licensed agent to sell any type of insurance in Arizona. Go to the Arizona Department of Insurance to find the qualifications and pre-requisites for taking the licensing exam. I'm not sure what you mean by "which line of insurance do you need to sell. .." Auto insurance falls into the "Property Casualty" category.

Q: Temporary auto insurance for move?
I'll be moving to Oakland California from Phoenix Arizona and I was wondering if there is such a thing as temporary auto insurance. My vehicle is not currently insured, but I can get a temporary registration from AZ DMV. That would allow me to drive my car for my move. I will be pulling a small utility trailer. I don't want to get a full 6 month insurance policy because as soon as I get to Oakland, I won't be driving the car at all. Are there any insurance companies that offer a really short policy (2 days, or maybe a week) ? I only need insurance for those two days, and so that I can get temporary registration from the DMV. Does anyone know if such a thing exists, and if so what company?

A: Sorry, but there's no such thing as temporary auto insurance. You will need to get the 6 month policy. However, you can cancel your insurance at any time. You will probably get about 3 months premium back if you pay for the entire term up front. If you only pay for 1 month and cancel after a week you'll probably owe them.

Q: My insurance agent told me if I am engaged and living together?
That I can claim married on our auto insurance policy in Arizona to receive a discount ... Is this correct?

A: The agent did that to get you the better "married" rate. That is not 100% legal - sort of a grey area. I stay away from agents who operate in the grey area. If you have a claim will the company pay it since your policies are set up wrong? I would suggest getting a new policy. You may want to try a website that compares multiple companies at once to get you the best price. I am paying less than ½ after I did. Go to: http://www.insureme.com/landing.aspx?Refby=616165&Type=auto Take care, Casey

Q: Am I obligated to file a claim with my insurance if someone else was driving my vehicle and had an accident?
In the state of Arizona, auto insurance follows the vehicle. An acquaintance drove my daughter's car, had an accident, admitted fault and agreed to pay for damages. She has since decided she did not want to pay since we have insurance and that insurance covers the vehicle no matter who is driving. I am taking her to small claims court and want to know if I am under any legal obligation to have my insurance pay or can I sue her for the total amount. I have at least 10 text mesages where she admits fault and agrees to pay. Thank you.

A: Patti O, For auto insurance the easiest method to get a low quote is do a policy comparison. Be sure to choose the same coverage levels, you can get an accurate quote to compare against others. Use the same coverage area, auto make and model, mileage and driving history to ensure you get accurate comparison. To get fast auto quotes, go to http://www.autoadviceonline.com/Free-Auto-Insurance-Quote.html and you can compare all the major auto insurance companies.

Q: What is best source of specific info. on driving from Arizona to Panama?
How long does it take? Number of miles? Best source for auto insurance for the trip?

A: The map site below is best...for driving directions. It is about 3, 500 miles. Add at least 50% more time to what it tells you. It says about 60 hrs driving time...more like 90. Delays, road costruction, horrid roads, border delays, bad weather...all will happen. Then , you will need the Guia Roji, Mexican road map...you can get it at large bookstores or at Amazon.com. there are many places to buy Mexican car ins. see 2nd site for my favorite. See 3rd site for Mexican car permit info. See 4th site for road maps for Central America. See 5th site for car permit and insurance info for Central America. You will most likely have to buy the car permit and insurance together at the border of each country. See last site for various articles that may help you. You will need to be VERY mellow, easy-going, can handle anything type people to make this drive.

Q: Do you agree that drivers in Phoenix are very rude?
I guess that auto insurance companies in Arizona must give discounted premiums (or some other bonus incentives) to drivers who succeed in splattering a pedestrian's intestines on their hood and windshield. There must be no other explanation. I've lived here in AZ for a year and have almost gotten run over ("knocked down" as they would say in Britain) many times by drivers who showed no intentions of slowing down for me as I tried to cross a street, although some were generous enough to swerve out the way and miss me by inches.

A: While I do agree with you about people's driving habits, I can't say pedestrians have been much better. I understand that a lot of places back East, the pedestrian has the right of way, regardless. But here there is a thing called Jaywalking. And I can't tell you HOW many times I have seen people just dart out in the middle of the road because they don't want to walk down to the cross walk either. So yeah, I just think it's a combination of both things, rude drivers and careless pedestrians!

Q: good insurance in Arizona?
I want auto, home and life through one company without all the B.S. Please don't say farmers because I am VERY unsatisfied with them that's why I'm looking for something else. Somewhere that offers good insurance with decent rates.

A: tandtfowkes, I suggest you locate a nearby auto insurance agent to help. Since I live in Idaho I can't suggest an agent in Arizona, but here is an online resource that can help you. http://www.multipleautoinsurancequotes.com/Arizona-Car-Insurance-Quotes.html Hope it works out

Q: I started to drink ARIZONA Ginseng tea because I was told that it would help me in my stressful job.?
I work in a customer care center for an auto insurance company. I get a lot of stressful calls every day. I know that the ginseng root is better but is this drink the next best thing? Is this drink an effective way to help me concentrate and to build up psychological resistance?

A: No I don't believe it would help. One a day vitamins makes a stress formula... you should try that instead.

Q: When renting a car on a vacation should one buy a collision damage waiver?
I plan on taking a week long vacation soon (in Arizona) and plan to rent a car. Is it a good idea to buy the collision damage waivers (adding about $20-$25) per day the cost of a car rental. I do have auto insurance that could cover me if there was damage, but that of course involves a claim against my insurance potentially increasing my rates. Any suggestions or advice?

A: If you can, you should. You never know what could happen out there and you want all the legal protection you can get. Good luck and enjoy your trip.>>>

Q: Does every State in America do this?
Does every state in America require auto insurance? I live in Arizona and it's the law to have auto insurance.

A: Most states require liability insurance, at least. I don't think all states do. There are plenty of uninsured motorists out there.

Q: I need help with choosing the best type of lawyer for the type of accident I went through, ?
I need a lawyer for an accident that I was in for another person ran into me and is at fault and he did not have auto insurance and the damages as well cost of the accident is very large I need to know what kind of lawyers in arizona deal with these kind of cases, as well is there steps that I can take to deal with this?

A: Hi, sorry to hear about this! Hope it'll somehow work out to be better than it seems. I just read about these people http://locate-power-of-attorney.info/ you basically contact them with your info, they'll post it to their lawyers who will choose to offer their services (or not) and how much it'll cost etc. you then check their background on the site and choose who to hire. You are not obliged to hire anyone either and the site is free so you might as well try it, good luck.

Q: Would I be at fault no matter what?
I live in Arizona, and it is a mandatory minimum liabitlity state for auto insurance. We have a vehicle that was registered as a nonrunning vehicle. We took it on a long distance test drive, because my husband works long distance and we wanted to see if it would make it, and also were going to get insurance if it made it. In a parking lot on our qwest for insurance a woman backed into us. She has full coverage. She also says she has witnesses saying that we tried to go around her, which is untrue. The damage to our vehicle is in the drivers side door going back. Her insurance company will pay for it, but she wants us to pay instead. She called and said if she didn't get cooperation from us that she would call the police on us. the insurance company is still investgating this matter. We purchased insurance, and reregistered the vehicle like we had intended. My question is would we be at fault for this, even though she hit us, because we didn't have insurance at the time? To give more information this was a one way isle. The accident happened in the middle of the isle. We did not swerve to because we did not see her, we only felt her when she hit the drivers side door and she must have still be in reverse because the scrape goes from light to dark, and she was quite a way backed out. She is trying to say that she was backed out all the way and we hit her when we tried to go around her, which is untrue. If memory serves right the spaces are angled. I do know that she was still at an angle, and our car was straight. What worries me is she says the guys at her drycleaner are willing to testify for her in court. Would they really commit perjury for her? I am sure the judge would do a vehicle simulation of the accident, but I do understand that we didn't have insurance, and I do know that's law. I called the police station and asked them about the situation, and they said they have no jurisdiction because it was in a parking lot(private property). My dad knows a lawyer and I'm going to get some advice from him today. I wish she would let her insurance company pay for it, and we would make payments to them if it came to that. We would rather go to court, because I don't want to give cash to her if she is trying to get extra money from us. Plus she won't except payments, and that is all we could afford. Do you think I should just let it go to court?

A: Does not matter if you had insurance or not at time of accident. If it is deemed that it was her fault, then her insurance will pick up the bill for your repairs, if it is deemed that it was your fault - her insurance will still pay for her damages not yours if she has uninsured motorist coverage. And if it is the same as Cali then the insurance company can take you to court to recoup their loss. She cannot get the police after you because you did not hit & run. She is just trying to get money out of you guys also. Do not cooperate, call the police and tell them she is trying to extort money out of you guys. You might also want to call her insurance company and tell them that she is trying to go around them.

Q: is impound reason alone for auto repossession?
arizona. jp morgan chase auto finance has been my lien-holder since the loan started. i have never had a late or insufficient payment. the vehicle has always been fully insured and registration has been always been current. my driver's license was suspended by arizona motor vehicle as i had sped by too many automatic cameras. i was pulled over for failing to come to a complete stop at an intersection and since i wasn't licensed, my truck was impounded and a 30-day hold was established by scottsdale police - they would issue a release form in a month if i could get my delinquencies taken care of. 30 days later, i went to the scottsdale police department with a copy of my insurance, registration, license, and $150 processing fee: all i needed to retrieve my truck from the impound lot. the impound lot told me chase auto had taken my truck before the 30-day hold was up. chase refuses to release the truck to me, and i have received notice of repossession - after the fact. am i screwed?

A: 1. Look at your loan documents. When the lender believes that the security is in danger the lender may take action (repossession) in order to secure the collateral. Having the collateral in impounded places the security at risk because they don't know if you'll redeem it, and if not, then it can be auctioned. 2. They don't owe you a notice of repossession PRIOR to repossessing it. Only after it, and it is part of the procedure necessary to sell the vehicle at auction. 3. If Chase sells it at auction, you will be notified where and when and can go and bid on it. Normally, the lender makes the first bid of the balance owed on the car. If what they get at auction doesn't cover the debt, then they might seek a deficiency judgment against you. In other words, they will sue you for the amount you owed, less what they got, plus costs and attorney fees. ** Note: This is a general discussion of the subject matter of your question and not legal advice.
